charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until the order is
shipped out of our warehouse.

IMPORTANT: Often, we have to contact a customer in order to confirm acceptance
of shipping charges, resolve a problem with verification of credit card
information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised
that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone & e-mail, we
simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot
contact you within 5 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be
canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will
enable us to reach you expediently should the need arise.
TAX: Items shipped to New York sate residences, will have sales tax added to the

How much is my shipping?
*For a limited time, receive free ground shipping on any
orders over $125.. Offer excludes enhanced shipping options, such as next-day or
second-day air. Offer limited to in-stock items. Delivery area is limited on
special delivery and oversize products. Please verify that your shipping address
falls within our special delivery area. We reserves the right to end or change
this offer at any time..
AumAuto.com offers convenient shipping method for delivery within the
continental United States. The cost of shipping your order depends upon the
total weight of the order. During the checkout process, you will have the
opportunity to view the actual shipping charge for your order. Oversized
packages, special-order products, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories,
Canada and Military Bases may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail
before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs. Sorry, but we
cannot ship to PO Boxes. No charges will be made to your credit card until the
product has been shipped.
Orders received by 11:00am EST will generally be processed the same day
(assuming we have no difficulty validating the billing or shipping information);
orders received after 11:00am EST will not be processed until the next business
day. Please note, orders received after 11:00am EST on Friday or the day before
a holiday will not be processed until Monday morning or the first business day
after the holiday.

What items require special handling?
Oversized or extremely heavy items like Garage Floor Mat,
Grill Guards are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special
charge and will ship separately from other items in your order.

Yes, your tracking number will be emailed to you after
shipment.

How do I ship to a military
address?
When entering your shipping address, put your CMR or PSC
number on address line 1 and your box number on address line 2. If your address
includes a unit designation, put that on line 1 and the PSC/CMR and box number
information on line 2.

For "City" put in APO or FPO depending on your branch of service

In the "Phone Number" area, we cannot accept international numbers. We suggest

What is your shipping refund
policy?
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for
refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 14 days.
Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All special
orders or orders for large quantity discount items are not returnable and
non-refundable. No exceptions.
To return any items you must email us for prior approval and to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from AumAuto.com is sold in its
original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as
supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original
packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank
warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not
put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship
the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the
package. AumAuto.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or the
cost of shipping & handling back to us.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! No Refunds or
Exchanges will be made After 14 Days.
Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be
posted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for
returns lost by the shipping company.
Aum Auto will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products
that arrive damaged or defective. (Please note that we inspect all returns to
verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.)
We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the
